GIRL SCOUTS CAMP MARY ATKINSON

We were fortunate to be selected by the Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines to perform the complete restoration of the 5,100 square foot Camp Mary Atkinson Program building. The structure was originally built in 1957 at the picturesque camp property in Selma, NC. The donor for the project wanted to return it to its grandeur that she remembered during her childhood as a Girl Scout. We worked with HH Architecture to provide the structure with a completely new thermal and moisture envelope while salvaging the key architectural components, including its original stone fireplace and wood ceiling. The Coastal Pines Council will be able to utilize the structure to create positive memories for many generations of Girl Scouts to come.
