Troy Hutchins is a sixth generation builder with 25 years of construction experience. He started working for his father, uncle and grandfather at the age of 15 and has worked in every capacity from carpenter to project manager. This experience, along with the generational knowledge that has been passed down from his predecessors, gives him a thorough understanding of how to successfully complete a construction project.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master in Accounting from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During his college career he studied International Business at the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico. Upon completion of his education Troy worked for the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers and obtained his C.P.A. license.
He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, gardening, running, weightlifting, waterskiing, tennis, hiking, flying and reading. He is passionate about his involvement as the Director of the Julia Belk Foundation that supports grassroots charities such as Converting Hearts Ministries and the Walk for Hope.
